APPLICATION MATERIALS
Your application will not be reviewed until we receive all of the following materials: however, the application and early enrollment acceptance can be quickly decided if you follow step 1.), and use our internet application form located below.
1.) $50 non-refundable application fee Use the icon located at the end of the application form to pay by MasterCard or Visa, or if you have a PayPal account.
2.) Official transcript(s) Include most recent copies from all post-secondary institutions attended (if applicable).
3.) Application At this time we can only accept internet application; please fill out the form below, press the icon for the $50.00 non-refundable application fee, then submit the application by clicking on the Application Submit icon.
4.) Approval of Participation form Mail to YEHS , or send via email (if applicable).
5.) Two (2) Academic References Mail to YEHS in signed, sealed envelopes. Academic References should come from a professor or your Academic Advisor (if applicable).
**YEHS is now set up to accept any type of payment. Our on-line payment services are quick and safe. Most major credit cards, and for those who not are comfortable with paying via the internet checking account confirmation can be achieved by faxing us the information at the bottom of the application form. We can also accept 5 different currencies for those applicant located around the world.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once we have received all your application materials, including two academic references and official transcripts, our admissions committee will review your application; if you have used email or the internet to submit your application and have sent the non-refundable $50.00 application fee (via the icon at the bottom of the application page) you will receive an early acceptance notice. You may be contacted by YEHS to discuss your application or to request additional information. Offers of admission are generally made within three weeks, or within days of internet application. You will then have two weeks to reserve your space in the program by submitting the appropriate confirmation materials. A list of these items will be provided with your offer of admission and will include medical information, a $400 non-refundable deposit, visa materials if applicable, and other items specific to your program.
DISABILITIES/SPECIAL SERVICES
Federal law prohibits us from making pre-admission inquiry about disabilities. Any information received regarding disabilities will be kept in strict confidence and will not adversely affect admissions decisions. If you require special services because of a disability, you should notify the YEHS office. YEHS makes every effort to provide programs that are accessible to all. Without having such information at least 60 days prior to the program, we cannot ensure appropriate support services to facilitate your learning.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
If accepted, you will be required to provide us with the completed medical report form and a copy of your passport.
Passport Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the completion of the program. If yours will expire before this date, or if you do not have a passport, you should apply for a new one immediately. It can take four to six weeks to receive a new passport, so if you are applying close to the YEHS application deadline, you will need to expedite your passport. If you are unsure about the need to expedite, please contact YEHS.
Medical Report The medical report must be filled out by your physician and submitted with your confirmation materials. To avoid any delays, make an appointment at the time of your application. If accepted, you will be sent an International Certificate of Vaccination with your offer of admission. If you would like a card prior to this, please contact YEHS or an international health clinic in your locality. This is only applicable for semester or year programs.
